Terms of Service & Usage Agreement

3. Alpine & Outdoor Photography Risk Disclaimer

The photography locations cataloged within this publication include high-altitude alpine ridges, glacial lakes, volcanic cliffs, and arctic tidal regions. Weather conditions in mountain and maritime environments can alter rapidly and unpredictably.

Limitation of Liability for Field Activities

Platformfeedbt provides GPS coordinates, elevation metrics, and light charts strictly as editorial guides. Users assume full individual responsibility for verifying local trail conditions, adhering to park regulations, carrying suitable mountaineering safety equipment, and assessing personal physical capabilities. Platformfeedbt Global Media Ltd. shall not be held liable for personal injury, equipment damage, trespassing fines, or weather disruptions incurred while scouting destinations.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement shall be the courts of Stuttgart, Germany.
